These are the terms for using Mobzaa. Nothing complicated here, just some basic rules so everyone has a good experience.

Using the site

You can use Mobzaa to browse, listen to, and download ringtones and wallpapers. That's what the site is for. Pretty straightforward.

What you shouldn't do:

• Don't try to hack or break the site
• Don't scrape or bulk download everything
• Don't upload the content somewhere else and claim it's yours
• Don't use bots or automated tools to spam the site

Basically, use the site like a normal person would.

The content

All the ringtones and wallpapers on Mobzaa are available for personal use. You can download them, set them as your ringtone, use them on your phone. That's cool.

What's not cool:

• Selling the content
• Using them in commercial projects without proper rights
• Redistributing them on other download sites

Copyright stuff

We try our best to only host content that's okay to share. But if something on here belongs to you and you want it removed, just email us at contact@mobzaa.com and we'll take it down. No hassle.

We respect creators. We're not here to steal anyone's work.

Downloads

Downloads are free. There's no hidden charges or subscriptions. You click download, you get the file. Simple.

We don't guarantee that files will work perfectly on every device. MP3 and image formats work on most phones, but there could be compatibility issues sometimes. That's just how tech works.

The site can change

We might add features, remove features, change how things work, or even shut down someday. We'll try to keep things running smoothly, but we can't promise the site will be available 100% of the time forever.
